Privacy Policy for Downhill: Snow Run

Downhill: Snow Run ("the app") is a single-player game made by Filip Vitas.

What the app collects

Nothing. The app does not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal data.

• There are no accounts and no sign-in.
• There are no ads, analytics, crash reporters or tracking tools.
• The app makes no network requests. It works fully offline.

What stays on your device

Your game progress and settings are saved only on your own device, in the app's local storage. They include the levels you have unlocked, your best score and furthest run per level, your chosen colour theme, and whether sound, haptics and the crash shake are on. This data never leaves the device. Deleting the app deletes it.

Links out of the app

The settings screen has links that open outside the app. The app itself sends nothing through them.

• "Report a bug" and "Request a feature" open a GitHub issue form in your browser, with the game version filled in. Anything you submit there is public and is handled under GitHub's privacy statement.
• "Rate Downhill" opens the app's page in the App Store or Google Play.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data, it collects no data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
